Traditional, alignment-based exploration of a full range of postures. Essentially, all physical practices of ‘yoga’ are called ‘hatha yoga’. Suitable for all levels.


Flowing sequences based around Surya Namaskar (sun salutes). Working with breath to connect and discover. Suitable for those who have some yoga experience but accessible to everyone as modifications can be given.


Based on the teaching of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, this practice synchronises breath and bandhas (internal locks) with a progressive series of postures. Suited to those who have some experience and/or like to sweat.


If you are new to yoga or it’s been a while – this class is for you! Work with fundamental yoga postures and techniques. This class is for every-body.

Restorative / Yin

In our busy lives, it is imperative to balance and restore. This class is an opportunity to recover and rejuvenate – a vital and deeply effective practice. Suitable for all.

Hatha Flow

A full class to move, breathe and enjoy! Based around a theme, idea, posture or set of postures including standing poses, backbends and inversions – all to a flowing, meditative breath. Variations given and class is modified to suit level of the students. 

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

Create flexibility in the spine, tone the body and calm the nervous system while expanding the capacity of the heart, detoxifying blood and organs, cleansing and clearing physical and emotional stagnancy and bring yourself into a calm, balanced and empowered state.

Yoga Anatomy

with Andrew Olson • First Sunday of the month

This series of workshops is for teachers and students of yoga. Each session will focus on a particular posture or series of postures from an injury prevention perspective.

Back bends
This month we will dive into the world of back bends. Let’s be honest, you either love them or hate them. But under the surface there is far more to a good back bend than pure flexibility. 
This work shop will uncover what limits our ability to move easily into a back bend. We will discuss the difference between structural limitations and muscular limitations and find ways that we can all work with our unique bodies to get the most out of our practice and limit the chance of injury. We will then feel these differences in our own bodies as we integrate this knew knowledge onto the mat. 
I’m not going to guarantee that you will love back bends by the end of this workshop. But I know that with a greater understanding of how to progress safely into a back bend your body will feel stronger and find an ease that you may not have not known was possible. This workshop is perfect for anyone who has back pain or feels weakness that limits their ability to move into a back bend with confidence, or for those who simply want to want to progress their back bend practice!
Mats are limited to keep these workshops interactive so make sure to sign up early so you don’t miss out.
