By far the most wonderful studio in the Mullum area I’ve discovered. Wonderful and accommodating teachers as well as a diverse range of great classes.
The only reason not to give 5/5 would be to stop floods of people discovering this lovely place!

Traditional, alignment-based exploration of a full range of postures. Essentially, all physical practices of ‘yoga’ are called ‘hatha yoga’. Suitable for all levels.
Flowing sequences based around Surya Namaskar (sun salutes). Working with breath to connect and discover. Suitable for those who have some yoga experience but accessible to everyone as modifications can be given.
Kundalini style classes will focus on combining poses, breath work techniques and mindfulness to assist in relieving stress that accumulates in the physical body, the emotional body and the mind.
If you are new to yoga or it’s been a while – this class is for you! Work with fundamental yoga postures and techniques. This class is for every-body.
